Thanks to all of those who responded.

Summary: Most were satisfied with the MFJ-4125 and did not hear any RF hash 
although three users reported at least some RFI. It's not clear why the 
discrepancy although it could have something to do with set up and the 
criticality of one's ear.

Conclusion: The decision is not clear cut.  The MFJ-4125 is small and 
portable. The hash is probably not serious enough to be a problem... but do I 
want another noise source. I already have the computer and DSL will arrive 
next week.  I may check out the Astron 20A linear supply and compare that to 
the MFJ-4125.
