The shelves of my local radio / electronics store are now mostly filled with
mobile phones and computer add-ons.

The last time I payed a visit I bought a couple of NE 567 tonedecoders. The
little drawer had a couple of  DIL packages, the rest was made up of ever so
small SMT's. At least they still sell them, but the times are changing.

(Times have been changing all along, must be my age that's making me notice
it....)
