Hi Folks:

Ron D'Eau Claire, AC7AC, just sent me a copy of a PDF he's prepared to 
assist builders who wish to construct their noise generators, but who don't 
have a PC board. Apparently, Ron (like myself) has been receiving a number 
of queries, asking about possible construction schemes for this small project.
