Steve,

Computer control CAN be done, with any variation on the system. In
either the KIO2 case or the K2/100 case, you use a "Y" verison of the
cable that connects to the K2. One cable goes to the PC, the other to
the ATU.

All necessary connectors and cable are supplied with the relevant kits,
as well as complete instructions.
