[Elecraft] Sidetone Problem

Hi:

Have no sidetone on a K2 that was just modified for the amp.  I have
selected the proper sidetone source, actually tried both.  Pin 25 of U6 on
the control board shows 5 VDC all the time, both when keyed and unkeyed.
Where do I go now?
