[Elecraft] EC2 version of KAT100 Antenna Tuner

This is great! A home for the KPA100 while keeping the K2/KBT2/KAT2 in one
case
for portability, KPA100 in the EC2 for base use. But....
I don't see how to get the RF from the K2 to the KAT100 if I wanted to
mount the PA100 and the KAT100 in the EC2. 12 Volts is there, I/O is there,
but how does the RF get there?
