Hi Jerry,

Don't let the torroids spook you, they're really not that
big a deal and the feeling of accomplishment is worth the
effort.

However, checkout the Elecraft web page and you will find
that you can buy a set of prewound  and stripped torrids
at a pretty reasonable price.

Either way, you're going to enjoy your K2!
