[Elecraft] K2: MH2-Microphone wiring?

Hello all.
K2 #2706 works with a Kenwood Microphone from my TS-850
but not with the Heil MH2.
I can switch PTT, but no sound can be heard on a receiver.
I inspected the Microphone-receptor in the K2, and found 5V on

Pin 2 (PTT?)
Pin 3
Pin 4
Pin 5
Pin 6

I found, that Pins 3-5 perform functions like up/down , so the only
pin left for supplying a condenser Mike is Pin 6 .

In the Microphone-plug the wires are soldered to

Pin 1  yellow (AF?)
Pin 2  red (PTT?)
Pin 7  bare (Mic-Gnd?)
Pin 8 black (PTT-Gnd?)

So, the MH2 is NOWHERE connected to 5 Volts !
HUH?
 Since it is a condenser-type , shouldn�t it be?
