[Elecraft] FS: Non-working kits

Is anyone might be interested in purchasing these two NON-working kits from
WL7KV?

Norcal 40 CW rig.
There are no (?) bad solders. I sent it to someone in the Norcal club who
looked at it. He got the receive portion to work, but not the transmit. He
suggested that I change out the NE602 (?). I have the manual & schematic for
this.

Also have the NorCal QRP club Cascade 80/40 meter SSB radio.
After building it I did get it to work (receive) never tested it on
transmit. One night it just did not work after powering it on. Smelled
something from inside. Has the manual & schematics and the 40 & 80 meter
band plugins.

Ideally, I would keep these and get them working, but they've been sitting
in my garage for 5 years. I don't see it happening. These are probably easy
fixes for someone more technically inclined. And I need to support my
growing camera hobby.
