You might want to get an edited copy of Gary's email to determine which questions he is asked most often.  Then grab his answers to these questions.  Whip these into a 
database and run a sort by the frequency with which each question is asked.  Then you'd get a measure of how often each question is asked and what Gary's response 
is.  Then you could put the results of this into a hierarchically structured FAQ for your devotees (addicts?).  When we need an answer we could walk our way down the 
hierarchy to find the answer.  The other reponses (from Eric or Wayne or us lessor mortals) could be added to the existant tree.
