A 12.14VDC supply voltage would probably yield just about exactly the 
voltages you're seeing there!!!

Consider bumping up your supply voltage to somewhere above 13.0VDC, 
preferably between 13.6 and 14.1VDC.

I'd say you're in GOOD SHAPE... proceed... esp. given that most DMM's boast 
something around a +/- 5%-10% accruracy.
