[Elecraft] K1 help needed

Howdy everyone im on the alignment and test part 2 section. on page 46 of the 
manual, there is a table of voltage checks to be done. all work out ok except 
the U9 ones. Pins 3 and 6 both showed 5.93 when it should be 6-7 V.  Pin 7 
shows 11.86 when it should be 12-14.  PS voltage given was 12.14V.  I 
re-heated the U9 and results were the same. 

Orientation was correct and U9 is LT1252. What can be going on? Is this 
something i should worry about?
