[Elecraft] KPA-100 Problems

I just completed the assembly of the KPA-100.  On page 44 (SWR Bridge Null
Adjustment),  I attempted to adjust c1.  There was no change to the
display - it remained at 9.9 - 1 - as I rotated c1 with a tuning tool.
Going to page 45 (Power Calibration), I attempted to adjust r26 for power
output.  When I entered "tune" mode, I noted on my watt meter that there was
only a few hundred milliwatts output indicated.

I decided to stop here and seek assistance.  I reassembled the K2 to its
original configuration and verified everything worked correctly - And it was
operating perfectly.

I consider myself a skilled builder.  I am, however, a bit limited
technically.  My only exposure to electronic equipment is via this hobby.

Any advise/help gratefully appreciated.
