[Elecraft] Tuning Knob for K2?

The FT100 knob will fit exactly with one slight modification: there's a
plastic in the mounting hole that needs to be snapped out, but that's a
piece of cake.  You may need to make a replacement for the felt washer for
the Yaesu knob, but a piece of anti-static foam (the kind the ICs and
transistors were shipped to you on) can be cut to size.  Good luck!
