[Elecraft] other protective things to do with coax

Ron makes good points about the induced currents in coax outside shields,
which are separate from normal feedline current inside.

In the case of beams or quads fed with coax, it is good to bring the coax
down inside the tower, and this also helps protect it from carrying
lightning currents, if the tower is properly bonded and grounded at each leg
at the base. Of course, rotor and any other feeders should also travel the
inside the tower path. A ground jumper around the rotor protects its
internal circuit and bearings from having to pass discharge currents.
