Regular readers may remember that I recently posted a problem with RF
feedback when using a transverter/PA combination with my K2. The
transverter in question was a DEMI and the PA a single 4CX-250B. After
a lot of chasing around, I eventually changed the transverter for my
rather old, but effective, PW Meon (a UK kit design) and this has
cleared the feedback problem; and to think I suspected the K2 at one
point:((

Anyway, my query is this: I am sorry to say that in order to save some
time, when I ordered the DEMI 6m transverter, I ordered the ready built
PCB version. This was to fit into the EC2 enclosure. The DEMI appears
to have several long, and IMO untidy, above board wire links; largely
carrying supply volts. Is this normal for this transverter? From an RF
standpoint I feel quite uncomfortable about this.
