[Elecraft] Motorola Spkers. on Ebay

On my K2 I've used both metal and plastic Motorola speakers.

The older ones are metal. Not sure of the model number, but a good
picture is http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1371619779
for the next 5 days.

The newer ones are plastic - tan, brown or creme are the colors I've seen - and
a good picture is http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1756054479
for the next 7 days.

With the plastic speakers (Model HSN4xxx HSN6xxx) you really want the bracket
so they will stand up. The metal speakers don't really need the bracket
unless you
want to mount them to something.

Personally I think the plastic speakers are real good and the metal
speakers seem to
sound better compared to any radio's internal speaker that I've used from
the Big
Three .... to my tone deaf ear, anyhow!
