[Elecraft] ATU1 Help!

 I decided to add the ATU1... when I finally 
tried to tune up the dumby load it didn't work.  
Any ideas from the peanut gallery what I have done wrong?

Since the toroids were a problem to wind, be certain that you got all
the leads properly tinned so the wires are actually soldered. It is
possible to have an open circuit where solder surrounds left-over
enamel. Causes all sorts of problems in an otherwise fine-looking
circuit.

You have already wound them up, but toroids need not be a problem for
others who dread that task - the "toroidguy" will furnish them already
wound, tinned and ready to install. See the elecraft web site at
