[Elecraft] KPA100 Help

Ahh, everything was working great until I chose to try and separate the
KPA100 from the K2.  Now I have problems.  When I turn on the K2 with the
low power power supply, the fan comes on in the KPA100 for about 10 seconds
then turns off.  I initially see the No PA PS, hear the fan and then
silence.  Momentarily with secondary edit the PA will indicate it is on but
after about 10 seconds the PA menu parameter is missing.
    Originally the resistances and voltage test were as advertised now they
are much different, i.e.. U1 pin 1 resistance is 20 ohms and U1 pin 2
resistance is 476 ohms  Likewise the voltage on U1 pin 1 is 1.4 volts on
receive; pin 9 is 0.5 v; pin 10 is 0.83 v;  pin 11 is 1.36 v;  pin 20 is 1.4
v;  pin 25 is 1.35 v;  and pin 27 is 2 v on receive.  I have zero voltage on
Q1,2,3 and 4.  Zero voltage is recorded on U7.
    I'm not hearing any signal from the KPA100s crystal oscillator either.
Where ever I should be seeing 5 volts I am seeing around 1.3 volts.  Anyone
have any suggestions where I should go next?  Thanks, Steve W0SZ
