Hi Bruce,

We could make SCAN do multiple bands, but we decided against it since
the op might leave it running indefinitely, shortening the life of the
filter and VCO relays. It's also a code-space issue. 

However, you can use any type of computer, notebook, or palm-top
computer to control the K2 via the KIO2 option. It would be easy to
write a program that scans multiple bands.
