[Elecraft] K2 SSB problems?

Dear Reflector Participants:

I have monitored the Reflector for the last six months or so.  The members 
seem
very knowledgeable.  I would be glad to join them -- by purchasing, building 
a K2 (or K2-100) and obtaining my Extra Class license.

The ARRL SW Conference is coming to my town (Escondido, CA) on the 16-18th 
of this month.  Decision time for me.  I have asked Wayne about the possible 
SSB problems.  He answered me.  Still, I would like to get a few other 
opinions on 
K2/SSB before I commit my post-retirement dollars.  Tnx and 73's.
