[Elecraft] trimming relay leads

Its probably to avoid the case of someone misreading the manual and not 
realizing that they can trim the relay leads but only AFTER the relays are 
soldered in place. Stating that trimming should not be done avoids the 
problems and support headaches that could otherwise arise.
