[Elecraft] Rt Angle DB9 Connector in KPA100

I noticed the connector supplied in my kit had metal locating fingers
protruding on same side as contacts. There are no holes in PC board for
these fingers and just clipping them off leaves a potential shorting of
bypass caps directly below the fingers. Did I miss a reference to these or
did I get a rouge connector? I pulled the metal up through the plastic body
and then snipped of the fingers to prevent a possible short.
