[Elecraft] QRP version of KR5L's CW zero beat detector

As one of the more or less tone-deaf CW operators, I have finally
completed the installation of the CW zero-beat detector in my K2. I have
modified the KR5L original circuit in several ways that might interest
you:

- QRP version using the CMOS version of 567, so it draws only 0.9 mA @
8V compared to    20mA/8V
- added an RC to output so it doesn't flicker that much (more of an
FT1000 look)
- use right-most K2 LED for display at 1/3-1/2 of intensity of S-meter
LEDs
