If you are talking about the inductor and capacitor pairs in the corner of
the RF board near the CW key jack, its up to you. In my case I used
transmitter alignment with the antenna output fed through a dual SWR meter
(showing forward and reflected power) and in to a dummy load.
I adjusted the coils and capacitors as per the manuals for maximum power
output according to the external SWR meter. The external meter made it
easier to see small changes/improvements in power out than the K2 was able
to provide.
