[Elecraft] Specs on capacitors

Does anyone know the exact spec on C35 on the K2 RF board?  According to the inventory, it is a 56pF NPO but the device actually says COG100.  I presume then that it is a 100v working COG dielectric.  Since I would like to get replacement (in the UK) quickly, can anyone advise me 
1)	What the tolerance is?
2)	Whether is really is 100v COG?
