I have no clue aboput "KOC", but "WAOF" stands for [W]ierd [A]t [O]ne 
[F]requency a mutual coupling problem which presents itself on 7.185MHz
in 
some of the (generally)  older K2s. WAOF is characterized by frequency 
instability on, and within a couple kHz of the aforementioned frequency.

There IS a fix for this available.
