	I also recently visited my local Radio Shack for those parts and noted the
absence of a 120 pf capacitor. The 0.01uf is RS number 272-1065, the
switching transistors are 276-1617 (3904's), the 3.9K ohm is out of 271-312
and I got 121 pf by paralleling a 82 pf and 39 pf out of 272-809, "assorted
ceramic capacitors". The modified K2 "works" in that it is not silent and
the SSB tone has changed but I haven't checked it with Spectrogram. As I'm
not particularly adept electronically (I offered my specialized kit
torturing services as a KA100 field tester but that apparently would have
been too severe an evaluation), this is not necessarily an
Elecraft-supported version of the mod and YMMV.
