I really have been struggling with "should I or shouldn't I?", but after
50-60 hours of building, making a couple of errors which thanks to this
list and Gary, AB7MY, were corrected; and I learned more along the way, my
decision was made when I hooked an antenna to my K2 and listened,
mesmerized, to 40 mtrs for a couple of days...

...I am VERY PROUD to announce that my Elecraft K2#2032, as a basic CW
rig, is working fine and ON THE AIR...

...tonight at 0000Z I will be having my first K2 on-air qso with Earl,
VA6RF...I have the SSB option board 98% finished...3 more toroids to wind
and install...

...The adventure is sure worth the price of admission!
