The KAF2 makes a great CW rig even better. If you enjoy CW but don't
have a KAF2 installed, you want one! The filter cuts done on
noise/hiss and makes CW signals jump out at you. Along with my Kenwood
HS-6 and HS-5 communications headphones, #2006 is finely tuned and
ready for QRP CW Sprinting and Contest action.

One tiny mod to get more headphone volume; I changed R35 & R36 on the
RF board from 82 to 27 ohms. My Kenwood HS-6 headphones are 8 ohms,
and I found I needed the volume control at about the 12 o'clock
position for average sigs. With this change average sigs only require
the volume control to be at about 9 o'clock.

the ARS Sprint I bagged 50 QSO and 27 SPCs, including rarities such as
