Check the errata sheet:

"11. RF Board Parts List, page 1: C45 has an alternate value of 2.2
pF. Also, C22 and C33 now have two alternate values: 2.7 and 3.3 pF.
Note: These small-value capacitors may be labeled with an "R"
substituting for the decimal point. Examples: "2R7" = 2.7 pF."
