[Elecraft] ATU Troubles

I have an ATU problem.  My K2 has been working fine for quite some time. =
 About a month ago, I upgraded firmware to 1.06F.  It worked fine after =
the upgrade.  Now it is acting up.  Not quite sure if it is the ATU =
itself or the control board.  The ATU seems to tune properly, however, =
my power is reduced to about 3 watts and I'm getting HICUR warnings.  =
Sometimes when checking the Forward and Reflected by holding the TUNE =
and DISPLAY buttons simultaneously, it seems the SWR is reasonable, but =
on occasion the ATU attempts to retune.  I have even connected the radio =
to a dummy load and have the same symptoms.  SWR on the dummy load did =
not seem to go to 1:1 either.  I have removed the ATU from the K2 and =
with the radio connected to the dummy load have the full 15 W out.  I'm =
not quite sure where to begin to trouble shoot the ATU circuit.  Any =
