Yes but they are masked by the band change relays changing also.  Remember
that all it has to do is activate the relays that are required and it does
not have to go through the process of finding the match because it already
knows the inductors and caps it needs so it just switches all of them on
line in a couple of milliseconds operation.  This is masked by the band
change relays on the RF Board.
