[Elecraft] UPS Batteries For Field Day?

Pardon me if this has been discussed before.....

I've been starting to plan for FD 2002, and powering the K2 for an entire weekend. I didn't get
the internal battery option in part because I didn't think it will power the K2 through an entire FD weekend (20+ hours operating) at the 5 W level. 

How will the batteries in UPS systems work? I often
see new replacement batteries for UPS's rated at
7, 9, and 17 AH. I also see complete UPS systems at
bargain prices due to closeouts. There was a QST
article about using the battery and charger part
of the UPS for 12 volt supply.

Anyone have experience in this area?
