[Elecraft] Experience with automatic PTT and PSK31

I have received some replies from people using VOX and PSK31 and the
experience seems to be that the sound card controls can be touchy, but
once adjusted are OK and that it is important to disable all sound
messages from Windows so that the these sounds are not transmitted.
