Readers,
Eric is working on getting the Elecraft Awards set up on the Elecraft web
site.
Take a look at the web site
http://www.elecraft.com/elecraft_awards.htm to see the two awards
offered, along with the Rules and Forms you might want to download. You
may substitute you own forms, if you like.

A note regarding the Retroactive feature of these award...
I have received several emails asking for clarification and inquiring if
prior contacts that did not have all the 'required' data would be
accepted.

The simple answer is YES. I realize that you may not have recorded the
all contact Rig/Serial number/Name information for these prior contacts.
Keeping in mind that this is an 'Honor System' program, I will trust that
the information you record is correct. I would not want to penalize any
applicant for omitting this data. However, contacts made after the
program launch date (29 March 2002) should contain all the required data.
