[EIDXA] Proposed EIDXA By-Law Changes

The final draft of the proposed changes to the club by-laws are available for your perusal. After input from numerous club members, these changes have been reviewed, revised and approved by the club executive committee and will be voted on in its entirety at the January 20th club meeting. I want to thank everyone for their input and comments during this process.
