[EIDXA] Proposed EIDXA By-law Changes

As discussed at the October EIDXA meeting, I've incorporated the proposed changes to the club by-laws. The executive committee has reviewed the proposed changes and I've incorporated their suggested changes. Now is your chance to provide feedback.


I've copied the existing Constitution and By-laws into a Word document and marked it up accordingly. Text highlighted in GREEN is proposed new wording. Text highlighted in RED is wording proposed to be removed.


The current club Constitution and By-laws can also be found on the club website.


Please review the proposed changes to the by-laws and provide me with your comments by no later than next Saturday November 26. I will evaluate your comments and incorporate them with the plan to circulate rev-2 in a week or less. Not sure how many iterations it will take but the intent is to have the final document completed by the end of December so it can be voted on in totality at the January meeting.


Speaking of the January meeting, Bob - W0GXA will be providing the program which will be on experiments he conducted on radial systems for vertical antennas. Undoubtedly, we'll all be able to learn a few things to help us improve our low band verticals so we can capitalize on those bands during the declining sunspot cycle. Stay tuned while I get the exact meeting date and location finalized.
