And go up in price by 5-10%..
One thing that has been interesting about DXE: they're keeping a lot of the small-guy products going, and, they're "professionalizing" the cottage industry type stuff a bit, but that does add to the cost.
It looks like they've replaced the comtek line of 2-ele phased veritical stuff with their own, which seemingly is no longer using the hybrid coupler. It's more expensive too.
Somewhat topical:
At the DX Dinner Martin from MFJ gave the keynote. It was actually quite interesting. Basically the story of how he grew up and how he started and kept MFJ running when he was the only full time employee.
The other interesting speech was the acceptance speech by Nigel of the Bravehart after the boat was inducted into the CQ Hall of Fame.

According to a press release sent out by DX Engineering, "Each item's part number, design specs, and impeccable quality remains the same--it will just be built by DX Engineering and carry the DX Engineering name. DX Engineering is also committed to offering parts and tech support for owners of Clifton Laboratories' legacy products." The full line of Clifton Laboratories products will be in production and available at DX Engineering by mid-summer 2016.
