[EIDXA] DX scoring

Those are pretty low scores. With other top 10 DXpeditions coming up I think 
we should pass on these 3.

Here is what is came up with for the three suggested DXpeditions named.
Rating is from Clublog as DX magazine no longer provides recent most
wanted.

3C7GIA, #33, one man op,   Score 65
A35T, #113, 9 ops , Score 55
VK9CK, #81, 4 ops, Score 60

By comparison FT/J, 8 ops, Score 105.
