[EIDXA] Tower season A

Wow this saddens me.  I had not heard this sad new.  Tri-State tower was 
done a lot of work for the REC where I work over the years. Stefan was one 
of the great guys who use to come down and work the last couple of years. 
He was a very friendly and hard worker.
