A few notes about the new format:


   - It is being distributed via your web browser rather than a .pdf file.
   This allows more flexibility in content and formatting.  Just click on the
   link on our newsletter page.



   - The items in the "In this issue" section have links to the content
   within the newsletter.  Clicking on the title will take you directly to the
   section.  The "Back" arrow on your browser will return you to the beginning.



   - External links will open in a separate window.  What may not be
   obvious is in the "Upcoming Events" section.  In this issue, for example,
   if you click on the meeting for CVARC, it will take you to the CVARC home
   page.



   - If you wish to zoom in or out, CTRL+ and CTRL- are supported in most
   browsers
