[EIDXA] VK0EK on 15 meters

Referring to the DXA site their operating schedule seems to be pretty
haphazard for the number of operators they have on site and they are
definitely not making too much effort towards stateside.

Did anyone hear VK0EK on 15 this morning?  How loud.  The prop charts says
we should have a  path to Cedar Rapids from 1200 to 1500Z.
