[EIDXA] Vintage Hallicrafters SX24 SkyRider Defiant Receiver

Hello fellow DXers and collectors....

I have for sale a WORKING vintage Hallicrafters SX24  SkyRider Defiant receiver, with manual. (See photo attached.)  Considering it is almost as old as I am (pretty old), it is in remarkable physical and operating condition. I only had to replace a few of the tubes and one capacitor to get it working. It is surprisingly quite sensitive. In fact, I currently have it connected to the TH-7 on my tower and was just copying a few UA’s on 20 meter CW.  Funny, I had forgotten that with tube receivers, you have to wait for the tubes to warm up before you hear anything.
