[EIDXA] VK9 WA wrapping up soon

Thank you Joe. I happened to pick up #338 that morning as XV2D came up on
7021. Two in one day after long droughts in between. It's a funny hobby!

GL with ASP/A he was on 15m earlier today. He may show up before our SS on
40m again...he got louder from 2230z onward to well after dark.
