[EIDXA] JAIA Suffix Award

The other day I worked an SKCC county hunter, who had already done it before, mixed I think.

Few years ago K0DAS and I met a guy randomly at Culvers on our way back from IAQP who had all counties twice and was working on his third, iirc.  He had his xyl and mother in law with him and he disappeared talking to us when he was supposed to be getting ice cream or napkins and they came looking for him after about twenty minutes.  Rod and I just wanted to eat.  The little debbies at six am had lost their hold after a day of contesting.
