I received this from K6GFJ today. He is soliciting donations.  TX3X is not scheduled until October this year.  As I showed at our last meeting, TX3X  is rated #26 and gets a score of 85 points. 

Keep this DX pedition in mind for discussion at our next meeting.

Chesterfield Island will be activated by a team of 12 operators in October, 2015. 

Preparations for the DX-pedition are progressing very well. We have a team of highly qualified operators who will be on the air 24 hours a day with six stations. Our license application arrived in New Caledonia and is working its way through the licensing authority in France, we requested the call sign TX3X. 

The team is paying for their own travel and living expenses to and from New Caledonia. Our DX-pedition requires a boat which is our major expense. We charted the working yacht Evohe which has a proven record including trips to  Kermadec Islands, Campbell Island and Mellish Reef. 

Attached is a summary of our planned DX-pedition, we are seeking support from your organization and other l DX foundations and clubs, worldwide.
