[EIDXA] Proxy for Navassa/Kp1-5 event

EIDXA: This is my vote to support the Navassa effort as proposed by President Jason, and should an alternate plan be proposed this e- mail will authorize Jason to vote my 
proxy as he sees fit,  as I am on the road and am not likely to be able to participate personally in any follow-up action. Considering that several of our members pioneered the KP1-5 Project efforts leading to both entities being considered and approved,  and the future of such efforts, our full support for EIDXA member and co- leader Glenn Johnson should be encouraged. 73, Jim-W0NB
