[EIDXA] EPROM Burner

So I'm getting into Packet a little.  Specifically, I'm playing with A
Kantronics KamPlus.  I've discovered that the firmware chip is outdated, and
I have obtained the latest firmware in the form of a .BIN file.  My next
task would be to find an AM25C010 emrom chip to burn, and find a burner to
do the job.   While I've had quite a bit of fun playing with PIXACE chips,
this is all new and uncharted waters for me, and I'm wondering if anyone can
help me out in locating the proper tools without breaking my wallet.
