ME TOO!!!
We have the TenTec 425, (Titan I), Titan II, and Titan III at PJ2T and we
can't keep them working for one contest at a time. The Titan II is gone -
we sold it for parts. The 425 works just don't touch the bandswitch. And
the Titan III is a repair project every trip there. Our box of
replacement parts is bigger than the amp!!!
Now they will take that design philosophy and apply it to the Alpha.
This smells like another MFJ/Ameritron/HyGain/Cushcraft "alignment".
Buy American??? Hmmmmmm...
Now if Elecraft would build a K4 the size of the Omni VI...

This scares me and I am only scared of height and electricity.
I have been to Ten-Tec factory a couple of times.
